New Giggles Clan Sighted!

 Hi!

As promised, here's some more painted figures in the form of two Giggles clanners from Ramshackle Games:

Camshaft Giggles

Camshaft is armed with a bionic limb and heavy pistol. Went for a dirty yellow to match the portrait I did for her a while back but instead of giving her the pale tan skin gave her a somewhat unhealthy pink instead.

Darius Giggles

Darius was a bit of an experiment to see how different colour combinations would look on my Giggles clan as I don't want to make them all the same colour as they're supposed to be a bunch of techno grafting crazies so matching outfits would be a bit boring.

Game wise, I must admit I've no idea how I'd equip Darius but he's another really characterful sculpt!

I really enjoyed painting up these two. They're one piece resin casts and do require a bit of clean up and prepping before painting but the sculpts are just so characterful that once you get going on them, they almost paint themselves!

I've got a couple more on the paint table which I want to get finished as it will allow me to field a decent sized party of the crazies in Planet 28 where they may be making a bit of an appearance in the not too distant future once the pacification of Bore IV is complete.

In the meantime, All the best!

  1. They look great! Really like the coloring you put on Darius, and the striped leggings are a fantastic touch. Love seeing more of the Ramshakle stuff!

I must admit that I'm quite pleased with the striped leggings on Camshaft! Ramshackle's stuff is super characterful and I've really enjoyed painting them!

  2. Lovely stuff! I'm always thrilled to see Curtis's miniatures in the wild, and the stripes are quite fetching. Well done sir!

    1. Thanks!

I've found the Ramshackle figures to be some of the most rewarding to paint as they're just so characterful with exaggerated proportions and gear that just paint really nicely!

    2. Completely agreed! On top of that, I had the pleasure of meeting Curtis a few years ago and he's just a really capital fellow. Always nice to be able to put together such great work with such an enjoyable human being. :)
